Justin Mund grew up in the wine country of Healdsburg, and eventually came to be fascinated by all aspects of making wine, from planting to harvesting to bottling. Today, Mund is the winemaker at Orfila Vineyards in Escondido, and is responsible for running the county's second largest winery.
