Just putting one foot in front of the other, over and over again, can be the route to health, fitness and peace of mind

Walking may not be a glamorous way to exercise. It doesn't rate with more vigorous pursuits in the minds of many, such as running, swimming or CrossFit. But for long-term health and emotional benefits, it's sustainable and easy. The benefits of walking are many.
