Former hyperactive kid Mary Duffy, now 63, continues to move, hiking trails and leading nature talks

Mary Duffy studied biology and natural sciences in college, then became an avid outdoorswoman in Alaska and Colorado. Today she leads interpretive hikes throughout San Diego County's backcountry.
