Noora Raty of Finland has an Olympic bronze medal and an NCAA women's hockey championship, won with the University of Minnesota last season. As one of college hockey's finest goaltenders ever, she's helped the Gophers to a No. 1 ranking this season and thinks she's playing better than ever.
