At 44, off-road triathlete Shonny Vanlandingham remains one of the world's best, and she's still hoping to win the long-elusive U.S. championship race

Shonny Vanlandingham ran track, played college basketball and is one of the best off-road cyclists ever, so she's been a top-notch athlete since she was a girl growing up in Texas. And, since becoming a triathlete, she's even won a world championshp. But at 44, she's still hoping to win her first U.S. championship race. My story on her for ESPN.com's Endurance Sports section: http://espn.go.com/sports/endurance/story/_/id/9683994/endurance-sports-road-triathlete-shonny-vanlandingham-going-strong-age-44
