Like any devoted Cleveland Browns fan, Jesus Serrano says he suffers while watching his football heroes fail every year. But Serrano is even more dedicated than the folks who inhabit the Dawg Pound. He lives in Mexico, yet flies with his family to Cleveland for home games. Some day, he says, the Browns will be winners.
