Phil Simon, at 64, has no retirement plans yet. As the owner/operator of his own carpet-cleaning business in Santee, he's intent on working at least into his 70s. His father, after all, was still tilling fields on his Michigan farm at age 86. Simon's profile, for the On the Job in Santee series:
