VA's Paralympic program aiding veterans in new pursuits

Twelve members of the U.S. team going to Lyon, France, for the Paralympic World Championships this month are veterans or active-duty military members who have been able to get into adaptive sports and become elite competitors thanks to a Veterans Affairs program.
