Recent injury to CrossFit instructor and athlete has once again heated up the pro vs. con debate about CrossFit's safety

When Kevin Ogar's spine was severely damaged in a weightlifting event at a recent competition, critics of CrossFit pointed to it as an example that the fitness regimen is unsafe. The CrossFit community, meanwhile, insists it was simply a tragic freak happenstance. The only certainty is CrossFit always seems to be in the middle of a hot debate over its pros and cons.
