From a tiny island in Maine, Michael Westphal is doing big things as a runner with Parkinson's disease

Once, Michael Westphal was one of the best distance runners in Maine. But after being diagnosed with Parkinson's disease in 2006, he gave up running. When he tried to run a couple of years ago, he discovered he could run more easily than when he first experienced his symptoms. Now he's qualified for the Boston Marathon.
