Debby Lenz was a gymnast and then a gymnastics coach when she went to work for the YMCA almost 30 years ago. For Lenz, who heads up the YMCA facility in Santee, the marriage has been a great one, allowing her to make a difference in individual lives while being able to develop relationships with members and staff ... and still coach.
