Santee dentist Dr. Albert Klitzke has been working with patients for more than 25 years and has tangible proof he's doing good work in the world. The former Navy dentist and head of a Native American dentistry operation in San Diego's east county now has a private practice, and he can look through the before-and-after photos he keeps in a binder in his office to see the smiles and happy faces of patients through the years.
