Derek Parra won gold and silver medals at the 2002 Salt Lake City Olympics, but 10 years after those Games, the emotions and spirit he felt at those Games -- held so soon after the terrorist attacks of 9/11 -- are still vivid to the U.S. speedskating star. My story for the U.S. Olympic website:
