With the London Olympics now complete, Rio de Janeiro is on deck to host the XXXI Olympiad -- and the first ever in South America -- in 2016. Though Rio appears far behind schedule for many of its most important venues, the Brazilians say not to worry, everything will be OK. One thing is certain, however: the beaches, the blue skies and green mountains will provide a beautiful backdrop far different than the London Games. My story for TeamUSA.org:
