Jessica Long is just like any other 20-year-old, crashing at home for a few weeks and raiding her parents' refrigerator ... except she now has 17 Paralympic swimming medals, has graced the cover of magazines and worked as a model and has now been selected Paralympic SportsWoman of the Year a third time.
